Liam C Joins Ruckus Festival 2026
Ruckus Festival is proud to welcome Liam C to the 2026 lineup, bringing one of the most exciting and inspiring new voices in UK music to Brickfields, Plymouth.
Liam C’s story is one of resilience, belief and relentless hustle. Growing up between Colchester and Shrewsbury, music became his escape and his outlet. After struggling to settle and facing isolation and bullying, Liam left home with little more than determination and a handful of songs, heading to London with no safety net.
Living out of a backpack, moving between hostels and sofas, Liam turned to busking to survive. But rather than waiting for an audience, he built one – approaching strangers, performing outside pubs and parks, and documenting everything on social media. Those early moments sparked a following that continues to grow at remarkable speed.
His breakout came through viral encounters and fearless self-promotion, including a now-famous moment at Glastonbury 2024, where Liam performed for Dua Lipa backstage, followed by an unforgettable meeting with Ed Sheeran in Soho. These encounters confirmed what fans already knew – Liam C is a talent on the rise.
Musically, Liam delivers high-energy indie-pop infused with rap and autobiographical storytelling. Tracks like “Dolla Dolla”, “Bang Bang” and “Tina” capture the reality of chasing a dream against the odds, resonating with listeners far beyond traditional genre boundaries.
Now sitting in the Top 10 of Spotify’s Viral Songs chart, with over 150k TikTok followers and millions of views worldwide, Liam C arrives at Ruckus as an artist on the cusp of something special.
This summer at Brickfields, Plymouth audiences will get the chance to experience that energy live.
