Victoria began her estate agency career in 2005, starting with a local independent firm where she learned the business from the ground up. From trainee negotiator through to sales administration, valuation, sales negotiation and branch management, she developed a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the property transaction process.
Before launching her own bespoke estate agency, Victoria worked extensively as a residential property valuer across the South Hams and surrounding areas. This experience has given her an exceptional understanding of local housing stock, village markets and pricing trends – allowing properties to be valued accurately from the outset.
Now operating independently, Victoria combines this expertise with a flexible and modern approach, adapting to the changing property market while maintaining the highest professional standards. Her MNAEA qualification further underpins her commitment to quality and best practice.
