Vacancy: Match Day Club Photographer

Latest News   Vacancies

We are looking to add another casual photographer to our match day media team here at Plymouth Albion.

This is not a weekly position, and it is possible that there will not be work for the successful candidate at every home game.

Match days are the most thrilling and enjoyable aspect of life at The Brickfields, and we have an opportunity for a photographer to join our ranks at some home games on Saturday.

We’re a tight, friendly team here at Albion, and working with us is a fun experience, which also provides exciting challenges to get your teeth into.

The successful candidate will be a hard-working, proactive, positive individual who enjoys working in a team environment.

This is a paid role at £50 per game, so please note that we advise the successful candidate to use this role to supplement their existing employment or education.

Please also note that it is possible you will not be required to attend every match day due to there being multiple club photographers already in place.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of Marketing one hour before kick-off on match days – kick-off is usually 15:00.
  • Photograph multiple areas of the Brickfields in the build-up to kick-off, including warm-ups on the pitch and Hospitality tables in the Old J Rum Marquee.
  • Photograph the game pitch-side.
  • Send photos to the club by 20:00 on Sunday evening via Google Drive, WeTransfer or other method of image transfer.

Requirements:

No previous work experience is required. All we ask is a positive attitude towards the job!

How to Apply:

Please send an email to rob@plymouthalbion.com with the subject “Photography,” stating your interest in the position.

If you do have past photography experience, please send a link to some of your work or provide examples in the email.

If you do not have past experience, please send a link to some sample photographs or include them in the email.
