To’a to leave Albion

Latest News

It is with heavy hearts that we confirm Jeremy To’a will be leaving the club at the end of the season, bring to a close a two-year spell with the club.

The inside centre will join French side US Carcasonne ahead of the 2023-24 season.

An instrumental part of the side, Jez has helped Albion climb back into the mid-table in National League One, and he has played a major part in laying the foundations for what we hope will be future success down the line.

In a heartfelt message, Jeremy said: “I am very thankful to Ryan, Damien, and Aaron, who always backed me, guided me, and let me express myself on the pitch.

“From my two seasons here I will take a lot with me, not only rugby skills but friendships that will last a lifetime and memories that will live in my head and heart forever.

“Another big thank you to the heads of the club who have always treated me with kindness and respect. And of course, the wonderful physio staff who have spent meters of tape and time on me.

“Last but not least, a massive thank you to the Albion supporters, who rain or shine make their way into every last corner of the country to watch us play. The club wouldn’t be the same without you.

“Although I am sad to leave, I am excited for the future and I hope the next chapter will be as good as this one.”

Jez’s last game with Albion will be the season finale against Cambridge on 22 April. Thank you for everything Jez, and we wish you the very best of luck.
