We have received some queries from customers wondering how to access their QR codes having purchased a ticket for next week’s Medics Rugby Challenge, so below is some information on how to download them.
Upon purchasing your ticket, you will be sent an automated email by the club containing the information you have given us, and the details of your order.
Your QR code will not automatically appear on the email; instead, there will be an option to download your ticket.
Tapping or clicking on this button will direct you to a new tab on your internet browser, and this page will contain your QR code to be scanned on the gate on Tuesday evening.
If you do not wish to purchase tickets online, we will be selling tickets on the gate for £7 on the night.
