Latest News

Plymouth Albion are delighted to announce the signing of Jago Sheppard from Camborne ahead of the 2024-25 season.

The former Exeter Chiefs academy player has been at Camborne for the last two years, scoring four tries in 40 appearances for the Cornish side.

Previously, the forward has featured for Redruth while representing Cornwall’s U20 side. He has also had a spell in Australia with Eastern Suburbs, gaining more fantastic experience down under.

Playing at Lock, Jago has caught the eye of Ryan Lamb and Aaron Jarvis, who have added more fantastic young talent to their forward ranks this summer.

Ahead of his arrival, Jago said: “I’m really looking forward to starting with Plymouth Albion. It’s an amazing club to be able to be a part of and I can’t wait to get stuck into the season.”

Head Coach Ryan Lamb added: “Jago is a very ambitious, exciting young player with National League experience. He has huge potential and we’re really looking forward to his arrival at the Brickfields.”
