Yes. FIXR offers supporters the option to split the cost of their Season Ticket over several monthly payments, making it easier than ever to secure your place at Brickfields.
🆕 Why have you introduced a Teen Season Ticket?
The Teen Season Ticket has been introduced to provide an affordable option for younger supporters and create a natural step between our junior and adult ticket categories.
Priced at just £65 for the full season, it is designed to help more young supporters remain part of the Albion community and enjoy every home league fixture at Brickfields.
🆕 What ages are included in the Teen and Under 13 ticket categories?
The Teen ticket is available for supporters aged 13 to 19 years old.
The Under 13 ticket applies to all children aged 12 and under.
👴 Are concession tickets available online?
Yes. Following supporter feedback, concession Season Tickets are once again available to purchase online.
📩 How do I receive my ticket?
All 2026/27 Season Tickets will be issued digitally. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code that can be saved to your phone or printed for use on matchdays.
🎟️ How do I use my Season Ticket to enter the ground?
Simply present your QR code at the gate on arrival. Once scanned, your ticket will automatically reset for the next home fixture. Please note that each ticket can only be scanned once per match.
🛍️ How do I claim my Season Ticket discounts?
Season Ticket holders can receive 10% off merchandise in the club shop by showing their digital Season Ticket on matchdays.
🍺 Why is there no food and drink discount this season?
Following a review of the Season Ticket package, we have focused on providing benefits that deliver the greatest long-term value while helping the club continue investing in facilities and the overall matchday experience.
👕 Can I buy the new First XV shirt at a discounted price?
Yes. Season Ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase the new First XV shirt at a heavily discounted rate, you can do this via FIXR when purchasing your Season Ticket.
🎉 What is included in my Season Ticket?
All Season Ticket holders will receive an invitation to the 2026/27 Season Launch Event, alongside the benefits listed for their chosen package.
🏉 What is a Vice President?
The Vice Presidents package is for supporters who wish to provide additional backing to Plymouth Albion while enjoying an enhanced matchday experience and a closer connection to the club.
For 2026/27, we have introduced an improved Vice Presidents offering after listening to feedback from existing members.
Vice Presidents receive all standard Season Ticket benefits, plus:
- Access to the VP & Players’ Lounge in the Clubhouse
- Bi-Monthly Vice Presidents events
- A dedicated Vice Presidents host to answer queries throughout the season
⏳ How long do I have to purchase a Season Ticket?
Season Tickets are available until Friday 1 August 2026.
☔ What happens if a game is postponed?
If a fixture is postponed, your Season Ticket will automatically remain valid for the rearranged date.
👥 I can’t attend one of the games – can someone else use my ticket?
Yes. A friend or family member may attend in your place using your QR code.
👶 Do Under 13s need to be accompanied?
Yes. Under 13 supporters must be accompanied by a paying Adult or Concession ticket holder.
🪪 Can Plymouth Albion request proof of age for concession tickets?
Yes. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Plymouth Albion reserves the right to cancel any concession ticket without refund if valid proof cannot be provided.
🪑 I’m a Vice President and would like to reserve a seat. What do I need to do?
After purchasing your Vice Presidents Season Ticket, simply email info@plymouthalbion.com with your details and a member of the team will be in touch to arrange your seat reservation.
♿ I require assistance at the game – am I entitled to a ticket for an essential companion?
Yes. If you can provide valid supporting documentation, such as a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter, Blue Badge, or proof of carer status, you are eligible for a complimentary essential companion ticket
