Once a week we will be doing a Q&A with our players to find out what they have been up to in the various lockdowns and what they are looking forward to when the Rugby is back. Next up Cam Setter!
What’s been the one thing you have missed about a match day at Brickfields?
‘Have missed the team atmosphere being together and enjoying rugby, especially now the weathers getting nicer. Can’t beat a bit of rugby at Brickfields on a sunny day’ 👌
What is something about away days you didn’t realise you’d miss so much?
‘The back of the bus gets some good games going, makes some of the longer bus journeys fly by.’
How has the team been able to integrate the new additions to the squad in this peculiar time?
‘It has obviously been tough, but we managed to get a bit of time together between lockdowns for some training. I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone can do in an actual game.’
What is something you’ve tried/started doing again since the season was cancelled that you didn’t think you had time for?
‘Most of my time has been spent with my son, so have enjoyed spending weekends with him. He’s gone from crawling to now running everywhere! Can be a bit of a handful at times but it’s been great.’
How have you been able to work on Rugby throughout the various Lockdowns?
‘Haven’t been able to do much with a ball but have kept ticking over fitness-wise, doing some running and cycling.’
