Plymouth Albion is excited to announce a new sponsorship agreement with globally based education technology business Olive Media who will become the clubs ‘Digital Transformation Partner’.
The exciting new deal sees the playing staff get access to the online Olive library of training courses to upskill them away from the rugby pitch.
Speaking of the deal, Chris Bentley, Commercial Manager at the club said ‘We’re delighted to partner with the team at Olive. The synergies were apparent from our first meeting and we’ve already got four players most of the way through their PT level three course. In time we hope to have a full repertoire of programmes available to our players to ensure they develop skills sets that will be with them long after they finish playing’
Brendan Kavanagh, CEO of the Olive Group added “Following some interesting discussions with Chris, it was very easy to see how benefits off the field will impact the work on it and we are confident our revolutionary courses will help the team no end. Indeed, we are excited to introduce ourselves to the business market in the Southwest and the vision for Albion aligns with our ambitions for Olive”
There are some exciting plans for the partnership still to be announced but the video link provides an outline of the Olive platform in the interim.
