Due to a technical issue on our club website, it appears several supporters are not receiving their QR codes having purchased a ticket for the Medics Rugby Challenge Game on Tuesday, while others have received theirs.
If you have not received a QR code in your confirmation email or a link to download the ticket, not to worry. Please simply bring your confirmation email to us on the gate on the night and you will be granted access to the game.
We apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused, but rest assured that if you have purchased a ticket and not received a code, your confirmation email will serve as your match ticket.
