Founded by Paul, EP Compliance is a Plymouth-based Health & Safety Compliance and Training consultancy built on more than 25 years of hands-on experience across training, operational safety and compliance.
Paul’s career began in the Armed Forces, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, risk management and safety-critical operations. After transitioning into the private sector, he worked with respected organisations including Princess Yachts and Babcock International, before moving into a senior Health & Safety and Transport Management role within high-risk environments.
In December 2023, EP Compliance was launched to support individuals and growing businesses in meeting their legal responsibilities with clarity and confidence. The focus is simple: practical advice, real-world application and no unnecessary jargon.

EP Compliance delivers specialist Pitch Side First Aid Training, equipping volunteers with the skills and confidence to respond effectively during fixtures and training sessions.
The nationally recognised qualification meets Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work standards and includes specialist modules such as Headcase, Mobile Inline Stabilisation (MILS) and Logroll techniques – ensuring volunteers are prepared for a wide range of scenarios.
