Our 24-year-old Tight Head/Hooker Ashlee Crouch has announced he will be leaving Plymouth Albion to play in New Zealand at the end of February.
Crouch spoke to us about his decision and the impact the Albion faithful have had on his time at the club.
“This was all a bit sudden but it was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down for such a high standard in a different country. I would like to thank the fans I have met over the past 2 seasons you are what makes Plymouth Albion such a great club to play for. The excitement and enthusiasm you bring to every home and away game is amazing. I’m gonna be leaving some great set of lads and memories behind at brickfields that I will never forget!”
Although we are sad to see him go, we wish Ashlee the best of luck playing for the University of Canterbury in Christchurch!
