Plymouth Albion Rugby Club would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to a number of supporters on Saturday, 15 July.
We offered discounted ticket prices for members of the armed forces and military personnel ahead of the charity game between Rugby For Heroes and the Armed Forces Legends.
Unfortunately, not all ticket staff were aware of this, and some supporters were subsequently overcharged for their tickets.
We are internally investigating how this came to happen, and recognise that this is not an acceptable situation.
We would like to offer a free ticket to any league game to all those affected by this, or a full refund for Saturday’s game.
