Bobby Wigginton Re-Signs with Plymouth Albion
We are delighted to confirm that Bobby Wigginton has re-signed with Plymouth Albion ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Since arriving at Brickfields, Bobby has established himself as one of the most exciting attacking players in National League rugby, becoming a player opposition defences simply do not want to face.
The winger has now made 40 appearances for Albion and has developed into a consistent try-scoring threat. Over the past two seasons, Bobby has been a key part of Albion’s attacking success, combining pace, power, and an eye for the try line.
His 2025/26 campaign was particularly impressive, finishing the season with 17 tries and regularly producing match-winning moments for the team.
A constant threat whenever he gets the ball in hand, Bobby’s ability to beat defenders and create opportunities has made him a firm favourite with the Albion faithful.
His re-signing is another major boost as preparations continue for the 2026/27 season, retaining one of the league’s most dangerous finishers.
