Club Statement
Plymouth Albion RFC is proud to be a community club – a place where players, supporters, staff, volunteers and visitors come together to share in the enjoyment of rugby, friendship and belonging. That sense of community is something we value deeply, and it relies on mutual respect.
Recently, however, there have been occasions where a small number of individuals have behaved towards our staff and volunteers in ways that fall well below the standards we expect.
For clarity, rude, lewd, aggressive or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards any member of our team will not be tolerated.
Plymouth Albion will always take a zero-tolerance approach to behaviour that threatens, intimidates or disrespects our staff, players or fellow supporters. Where necessary, individuals may be refused service, removed from the ground, or banned from future events.
Our staff work incredibly hard to deliver safe, enjoyable matchdays and events for everyone. They deserve to be treated with courtesy, not hostility or disrespect. Whether in person, over the phone, or online, we expect all interactions with our team to be conducted in a manner that reflects the values of our club.
We know that the overwhelming majority of Albion supporters share our pride, passion and sense of decency – and we thank you for continuing to set the right example. Together, we can ensure that Brickfields remains a welcoming environment for all.
Let’s uphold the standards that make this club special – respect, integrity, and pride in wearing Albion’s colours.
